Can I change plans later?

What payment methods do you accept?

Paddle handles checkout — you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. Paddle is our merchant of record and handles VAT/sales tax automatically.

How does BCC email ingestion work?

You get a unique BCC address (e.g. u_xxxxx@ingest.clientspulse.app). Every email you BCC to that address is automatically matched to the right client and added to their Timeline. No forwarding rules, no integrations — just BCC.

Is there a client login?

No. Clients receive a signed link that works with a single click — no account, no password. Links expire after 14 days and can be revoked.

What happens when my trial ends?

Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted — there is no card on file. Your account becomes read-only: you can still see every client and timeline, but new activity pauses until you subscribe. Pick a plan any time and continue exactly where you left off.

Can I export my data if I cancel?

Yes, any time — one click in Settings downloads a ZIP archive with all your data as JSON plus your original files. Your client records are your business; you keep them whether you stay or go.
